Proof of Employment for Corporate EPP Membership Accounts
Order and other select transactions will require verification of specific membership / affiliate information. Please read the following to ensure that you have everything required to complete your transaction:
Proof of Employment (POE) is required for all new Bell clients and all new Bell line requests (new activations) under EPP programs (includes existing Bell clients adding new lines to already existing membership accounts). This consists of your membership card and a .jpg / .jpeg format copy of this (2MB or less) will be required to be uploaded during the order process.
Migration Requests (moving from an existing Bell account to a corporate EPP offer) can take up to 30 business days to process. You will be notified by Bell once the migration has been completed. Device prices can change daily and as such, orders that include a migration request may not qualify for the lowest advertised price displayed or obtained during the order process.
Utilize the "comments" section of the transaction or order page to provide important aspects or special-order instructions for our teams.
