I really like the phone. The one thing that went wrong is the Baka email that comes to say how to activate your number on the new phone, went to junk. Once I discovered it, I had already erased my old phone. This caused a problem when I called in to activate it. Other than that hiccup, and an annoyed customer rep, the service was good.

Smaller screen than the iPhone 11 I upgraded from. Every time I touch the bottom of the screen around the edges, all the apps do the delete dance; especially as I am trying to close an app properly. I wish I had stuck with the 11.
